Shirley it sadens my heart that Wayne has left us. He was a great friend at the nutrition center and my smoking partner. When he went out to smoke he always let me know to go have one with him. Even after I stoped smoking, I would still go out there because we always had great talks and he was so interesting. My prayers to you and the family, you are going through the hardest thing you will ever have to go through. Love and prayers to all, Carol

Wayne was the stuff the Kingdom of
God is built of. He had a good heart, and the well being of the Midway Church was at the center of it. He was the epitome of faithful; solid; committed. Every service, without fail, he greeted all who entered, and then as we left, he was at the door wishing a good week for us. His special smile will be sorely missed. I am so grateful for the years we got to share as a friend and church family member. He loved and honored God, and now he has finished his race. He finished well, his faith intact, his work finished.
So now he'll be waiting "on the far side of Jordan" for us, and cheering us on to meet him there. Shirley you were his rock, and you did a fantastic job of caring for him, all the way.
