Obituary of Crystal Leigh Smith

Crystal Leigh Smith, 37, of Colmesneil passed away Thursday August 22, 2019. She was born August 7, 1982 in Galveston, Texas to Robin Shepherd and blessed to be raised by Kirby Shepherd.

Crystal is survived by her sons, Cody Rawls and fiancée Macey of Colmesneil, Cole Rawls of Colmesneil; daughter, Cara Rawls of Colmesneil; grandchild, baby Rawls due February 2020; her beloved animals, Macy Rae, Maya and Rebel; parents, Kirby and Robin Shepherd of Colmesneil; sister, Cassie Jamison and husband, Phillip; Cliff Russell and wife Sarah of Woodville, Tanner Shepherd and wife Dallas of Colmesneil, Zachary Barber of Colmesneil, Trevor Shepherd and Nicole Judalet of Woodville; grandparents, Leon Barber and Sandra of Bean Station, Tennessee; Best friend, Crystal Doralton: and numerous family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Eugene and Yvonne Shepherd, Kenneth and Kathy Williams, and John Smith.

Serving as pallbearers the Lineman of Sam Houston Electric

Visitation will be held Sunday from 5pm-7pm. Funeral Services will be at Riley Funeral Home Monday August 26, at 2PM. Burial will be at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Woodville.

Services are held under the direction of Riley Funeral Home.
