Obituary of Shirley Thompson Greenwood

Shirley Thompson Greenwood, 85, formerly of Woodville, passed away Saturday, June 22 in

Kemah. Shirley was born January 21, 1934 in Fordyce, AK to John and Geneva Thompson. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Geneva Thompson, her husband, L.E.

“Buddy” Greenwood, and her daughter Carol McCants.

She is survived by her daughter Connie Davis; two granddaughters, Ashley Bueker and Elizabeth

Davis; and two great-granddaughters, Sophia and Sadie Bueker.

A graveside ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. June 25 at Magnolia Cemetery in Woodville, TX.
