Obituary of Aubrey Floyd Crenshaw
Aubrey Floyd Crenshaw, 88, of Spurger passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018. He was born in Navasota, Texas April 7, 1930 to the late William Crenshaw and Mary Ward Crenshaw. Aubrey was a carpenter who worked hard to provide for his family and a Korean War Veteran. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to all who knew and loved hime.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Crenshaw of Spurger; sons, Jeffrey Crenshaw and wife Carrie of Silsbee, Teddy Crenshaw of Spurger; sister, Ruth Allen of College Station; grandchildren, Brittany Crenshaw and Kati Crenshaw; great-grandchildren, Peyton McClelland, Kooper Hare, and Sawyer McClelland; and numerous other family members and friends.
Aubrey is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Mary Turek and Bernice Hardwick; and brothers, John Crenshaw and Terrell Crenshaw.
Serving as pallbearers will be TJ McClelland, Kort Hare, Randy Griffith, Richard Callaway, Samuel Lynn Callaway, and Dany Turek.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 7, 2018 from 6-8PM at First Baptist Church in Spurger. Funeral service will be held at the church on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 2PM with Brother David Nugent officiating. Burial will be at Turner Branch Cemetery in Spurger.
