Obituary of Curtis Eugene Allison

Navy Veteran, Curtis E. Allison, went to be with God in Heave on Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2018.  He was 71 years of age.

Curtis is a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother.  He leaves behind his wife and best friend of 51 years, Candice Allison (Candy); daughters, Tracy Lamb and Heather Ryan; son, Kevin Allison and his wife, M. J. Allison, all from the Houston area.

His grandchildren were a source of extreme love and delight.  The mention of their names brought him his biggest smiles……Kristin Lamb, Eric Lamb, Angela Lamb and fiancée, Brandon Casey, Kyle Allison, Kayla Allison, Sierra Allison, Lance Baumann, Keegan Allison, Samantha Gonzalez and Lil Avery.  Curtis also leaves his sister, Karen Allison Anderson of Ulysses, Kansas.

His life with us will be missed but his memory will forever be with us.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 2 pm at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Edwin Findley officiating.  Burial will follow at the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Woodville.  Visitation will be held Saturday from 1 pm until the time of the service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kevin Allison, Eric Lamb, Kyle Allison, Brandon Casey, Alfred Mercer and Brice Mercer.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to The Woodville Veterinary Clinic or any no kill animal shelter.
