Obituary of Dorothy Mae Pruett

Dorothy Mae Pruett, 81, formerly of Warren, Texas passed away peacefully in Lancaster, South Carolina on July, 16, 2018.

She was born in Hicksbough, Texas on July 1, 1937. She was employed at Warren Independent school district for 29 years where she made everyone feel like they were a part of her family.

She is preceded in death by her grandmother, her parents, and three brothers.

Dorothy is survived by daughter, Doris Easterling and husband William of Lancaster, South Carolina; son, Jimmy Graves of Pennsylvania; daughter, Donna Graves of Warren; grandchildren, Mystie McCoy and husband John of Woodville, Mendy Corn and husband Jimmy of Warren, Wendy Freeman and husband Jackie of Call, Joseph Foxworth and wife Brandy of Warren, JT McCoy of Warren, Angie Besserdich of Charlotte, North Carolina, Eli Easterling and Dakota Easterling of Lancaster, South Carolina; one sister and three brothers; twenty great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation will be held Sunday July 22, 2018 from 4-7 pm. Funeral Services will be held Monday July 23, 2018 at 10am with Brother Mahoney officiating. Burial will follow at Fellowship Cemetery in Warren.
