Obituary of Ronald Lee Hensarling, Sr.

Ronald Lee Hensarling, Sr., 68, of Woodville passed away April 5, 2018.

Born July 22, 1949 to the late John and Hazel Best Hensarling, he lived in Tyler County all of his life.  He owned and operated Twin Fencing.  Ronald was an avid hunter and looked forward to hunting season every year.  He was loved by all who knew him and had a smile that lit up a room. 

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, son, Eric Hensarling and a granddaughter, Amarie Battise.

He is survived by his loving wife, Annie Broom Hensarling; son, Ronnie Hensarling and wife, Liz of Woodville; daughter, Amy Hensarling and husband, Darth Battise of Port Arthur; sister, Evelyn Stewart and husband, Scottie of Tennessee; brothers, Stanley Hensarling and wife, Iris and Donald Hensarling and wife, Sondra all of Woodville; grandchildren, Kala Jennings and husband, Donny, Chase Hensarling, Baylee Battise, Kross Hensarling, Landon Battise, Ember Battise; great granddaughter, June Jennings; and numerous other family members and friends.

Funeral service will be held Sunday, April 8, 2018, at 3 pm at the First Baptist Church of Woodville.  Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Woodville.  Visitation will be held Saturday from 6 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
