Obituary of Flora Brodnax McCulley
Flora Brodnax McCulley, 82, of Woodville passed away peacefully on April 1, 2018.
Born January 5, 1936 in Doucette, Texas to the late Miller and Evie Hawthorne, she lived in Tyler County all of her life. She retired from Citizens State Bank after 50 years of service. Flora was an amazing lady. She was a member of the Red Hats Ladies, Tyler County Auxiliary, served for many years on the Dogwood Festival and enjoying going to garage sales. She was an amazing friend, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be truly missed.
Flora is survived by her son, Billy Brodnax and wife, Felecia of Hamshire; daughters, Susan Brodnax Milam of Malakoff, Tx and Lynda Walling and husband, Ronnie of Woodville; grandchildren, Tesa Smulcer and husband, Garrett, Derek Brodnax and wife, Kaitlynn, Ashley Henson and husband, Josh, Kelley Osment and husband, Nathanial, Rio Walling and Levi Walling and wife, Avie; great grandchildren, Dylan McGough, Addison Smulcer, Cole Henson, Case Henson, Jacob Osment, Madelynn Brodnax, Rhett Brodnax, Willow Brodnax, Mac Walling and Wells Walling; numerous other family members and friends.
A grave side service will be held Thursday, April 5, 2018, at 2 pm at the Magnolia Cemetery in Woodville. Visitation will be held Thursday from 12 noon until 2 pm at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Billy Adams, Derek Brodnax, Rio Walling, Levi Walling, Garrett Smulcer and Josh Henson.
