David Russell Votaw - 51 of Hillister passed away april 23, 2014 at his residence. Memorial services are scheduled for _1:30_PM Monday April 28, 2014 at Riley Funeral Chapel in Woodville Texas. David was born July 21, 1962 in Kountz, Texas to Clinton and Carole “Doucette” Votaw who survive him in Sour Lake, TX. Other survivors include his wife Shalanda Votaw of 34 years, Daughter; Amanda R. Votaw and fiancé Bruce Rodriquez of Hillister, son; Darren R. Votaw and fiance Valerie Crooks of Hillister, TX. Granddaughter; Katlyn Rayne McGough of Wildwood, TX. Grandson on the way; Daylen Russell Votaw, Grandmother; Mary Lee Doucette Romere of Sour Lake, TX. 3 Sisters; Joy Morgan and Husband Ricky, Vicky Gaspard and Husband Wilson, Donna Kay Wilkins and Husband Jim, Numerous Nieces and Nephews, Father and Mother in Law Bobby Wayne and Joyce Linscomb David married Shalanda Linscomb in 1980 in Sour Lake, TX.
