Obituary of Sarah Jane Williams
Sarah Jane Williams, 66, of the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation passed away January 23, 2018.
Sarah was born August 11, 1951 in Woodville, Texas to the late James Williams and Marville Williams Price. She was a lifelong resident of the Indian Reservation. Sarah was a loving wife, mother, grandmother; sister and friend to all who knew and loved her.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents; Son, Robby Polite; brother, Don Williams; grandchildren, Nicholas Peter Williams and Colbert Williams, Jr.;
She is survived by her loving husband, Roby Williams of the Indian Reservation; son, Nathan Williams and wife, Karen of the Indian Reservation; daughters, Regina Simoneaux and husband Gary of Port Neches and Janice Thompson of the Indian Reservation; brother, Clifford Williams and wife, De’Aun of the Indian Reservation; grandchildren, Alexandria Williams, Elise Williams, Curtis Williams, Natalie Williams, Garrett Simoneaux, Cherise Williams and Corbin Williams; great grandchild, Nicholas Wyman Williams; mother-in-law, Lenora Williams; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives
Funeral service will be held Friday, January 26, 2018, at 2 pm at the Indian Village Assembly of God Church. Burial will follow at the Indian Village Cemetery in Polk County. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6 pm until 9 pm at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Burton Bullock, Baxter Polite, Erwin Langley, Pete Polite, Darren Obe and Timothy Williams
