Obituary of Calvin Pearcy

Calvin Pearcy, 90, of Woodville, TX passed away April 21, 2014. Born February 13, 1924 in Wichita, Texas to the late Charles and Elsie Pearcy, he lived in LaPorte before moving to Woodville. He was a retired school administrator and a lifelong musician. Mr. Pearcy was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Pearcy. He is survived by his sons Wade Pearcy and wife Ruth, Jerry Aldredge and wife Karen, Gary Pearcy; daughters Kay Carrigan, Linda Krause and husband Weldon, Terri Hunley and husband Butch, Patti Aldredge and partner Annmarie Conlon; 11 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Services were held at Riley Funeral Home Chapel at 10 am on Saturday, April 26, 2014 with Brother Clark Mahoney officiating. Burial was followed at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Woodville. A visitation was held at the funeral home on Friday, April 25, 2014 from 5-7 pm.
