Obituary of Willie Mae Hilton

~~Willie Hilton of Conroe, Texas passed away Saturday, July 1, 2017 at home after a long battle with PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsey) at the age of 79.

Willie was born to William Ramsey and Beaulah Mae Bingham on February 13, 1938 and was the 6th of 11 children. Willie graduated from Spurger High School in 1957. On February 16, 1958, she married H.L. "Pete" Hilton and they were happily married for 59 years, 4 months, and 18 days.
After traveling as a military family for 20 years, they retired to Conroe where she resided for 40 years. She worked in the family business (Quality Marine) for 34 years. Throughout this time, she made many, many friends.

Willie will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Pete, and her children, Debbie and husband   Russell Smith, Larry Hilton and wife Darlene, and Pam and husband Dan Chapman. She will also be remembered by her remaining brothers and sister, Bill Bingham, Patty Casale, Charles Bingham, and Paul Bingham;  4 grandchildren and 3 great granddaughters.

A visitation will be held on Monday July 3rd, from 5pm-7pm, at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas. There will be a second visitation in Woodville, Texas at Riley Funeral Home on Thursday July 6th from 5pm-8pm followed by services at Riley Funeral Home on Friday July 7th, at 2pm. Burial will be at Beech Creek Cemetery following the Friday services.

Serving as pallbearers were Paul Bingham, Larry G. Hilton, Jackie Hilton, Russell L. Smith, Justin M. Smith, Bill “Dink” Whitman.
