Obituary of Joyce Faye Bell

~~Joyce Faye Bell, 78, of Chester passed away peacefully on June 15, 2017.

Born in Warren, Texas to the late Johnnie and Margurite Stafford Harper, she lived in Chester for many years.  She was a retired school secretary.  She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, E. Ray Bell; sister, Doris Hensarling and a grandson, Brendon Dorsette Bell.

Joyce is survived by her loving family, son, Stephen Bell and wife, Amy of Colmesneil; daughter, Melissa Bendy and husband, Rodney of Chester; eight grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and other family members and friends.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at 4 pm at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Mark Martin officiating.  Burial will follow at the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Woodville.  Visitation will be held Monday from 5 until 8 pm at the funeral home.
