Obituary of Bennie Harold Cleveland

Bennie Harold Cleveland, 75, of Warren passed away April 22, 2017. He was born January 3, 1942 in Clay County, Alabama to the late Johnny Beaumon and Julia Margaret Thornton Cleveland. He lived Warren for many years. He was retired from the I.L.A. Local #24 in Houston, Texas as a longshoreman with forty-two years of service. Bennie was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James Cleveland. He is survived by her loving wife of 42 years, Bobbie J. Cleveland; daughter, Michelle R. Rougeau and husband, Jacob; sons, Timothy H. Cleveland and Jonathan L. Cleveland and wife, Ashley Simon; grandchildren, Adam Cleveland, Colleen Burnsed, Jazmen Rougeau, Kori Rougeau, Willow Cleveland and Cassius Cleveland; brothers, Melvin Cleveland and wife, Sandy and Johnny Cleveland and wife, Sharon; sisters, Ann Money and Lana Bussey and husband, Robbie; other family, Bennie D. Cleveland his wife, Tiffany and his son, Adrian Cleveland. Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 27, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jordan Wilson and Brother Neil Higginbotham officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home. A private burial will be held later.
