Obituary of Paul Daniel Leidel

Paul Daniel Leidel, 87, of Fred, Texas passed away Friday, January 27, 2017. Born July 30, 1929 in Akron, Ohio to the late John and Mae Montgomery Leidel, he lived in Louisville, Kentucky for many years before retiring from sales to Southeast Texas. He served in the U. S. Army and the U. S. Navy. He was a faithful member of the Church of Jasper. Paul is survived by his loving children, John Daniel Leidel of Houston and Paula Doerr and husband, Mark of Fred; and a host of other family members and friends. Funeral service will be held Monday, January 30, 2017, at 1 pm at the Church of Jasper at 3023 HWY 63 West in Jasper, Texas. Brother B. R. Brown and Brother Steve Baker will officiate the service. Visitation will begin at 12 noon at the church on Monday. Burial will be held at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred, Tx. Serving as pallbearers will be Zach Baker, Bob Dannar, Joe Dannar, Eli Mitcham, Brother James Gill and Brother James Murry.
