Obituary of Rodney Paul Bowen

Rodney Paul Bowen, Sr., 50, of Woodville passed away January 12, 2017. Born May 8, 1966 in Fort Ord, California to Johnnie Bowen and Linda Sanders, he lived in Tyler County most of his life. He was a logger. Rodney was preceded in death by his mother and sister, Tiffany Malone. He is survived by his loving family, children, Rodney Bowen, Jr. and girlfriend, Madison Cody of Chester; daughters, Hope Bowen, Alicia Persons and Shania Persons all of Woodville; father, Johnnie Bowen; grandchildren, Allisyn Bowen, Madisyn Bowen, Zaidyn Bowen, and Evadine Williams; brothers, John Bowen of Greenville, SC, Dody Bowen and wife, Anjie of Chester, Charlie Malone and wife, Roxie of Sulphur, LA; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Graveside service will be held Monday, January 16, 2017, at 11 am at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Woodville with Brother Rusty West officiating.
