Obituary of Kenneth Lee Howard, Sr.

Kenneth (Kip) Lee Howard Sr., 52, of Lumberton passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2016 in Houston. Kip was born on June 6, 1964 in Woodville, to Wilkin Willis Howard Sr. and Pat Howard. Kip is survived by his children, Kenneth Lee Howard Jr. of Wrenshall, Minnesota, Kevin Howard of Lufkin; granddaughter, Sadie Howard of Kennedale; mother, Pat Howard of Woodville; brother, W.W. (Bill) Howard Jr. and wife, Patsy of Corrigan; sisters, Bonnie Howard Schmidt and husband David of Lumberton, Nancy Howard Ellis and husband Malcom of Colmesneil; and last but not least his “baby” Romo of Lumberton. Mr. Howard is preceded in death by his father, Willis Howard Sr.; sisters, Willa Myrel Conley and Lavelle (Tootsie) Howard Bean. Visitation for Kip will be held Sunday, October 9th from 5pm until 7pm at Riley Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Monday, October 10th at 10am in the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Thomas Martin officiating. Burial will be at Colmesneil City Cemetery.
