Obituary of Charles Cecil Crosby

Charles Cecil Crosby, 58, of Call formerly of Fred, Tx passed away September 17, 2016. Born November 1, 1957 in Kountze, Tx to the late Robert and Marvil McGallion Crawford, he lived in Tyler County most of his life. He was a retired pipe fitter/welder. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend to all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving wife, Vivian Yawn Crosby; daughters, Teressa Eddings and husband, Rusty and Lisa Hutto and husband, Dewayne all of Fred; sons, Robert Earl Crosby and Charles Bodie Crosby and wife, Brandi all of Fred; brother, Curtis Crosby and wife, Sarah of Nacogdoches; sister, Verlia Crawford of Fred; grandsons, Dolton Hutto and fiancé, Aubrey Sisk, Gage Hutto, Steven Tyler Crawford and Robert Earl Crosby, Jr. all of Fred; granddaughters, Reba Eddings, Woody Eddings both of Fred, Sierra Crosby, Caden Crosby and Dori Crosby all of Call; great grandson, Kutter Wayne Hutto. Graveside service will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 4 pm at the Fred Community Cemetery with Brother Mike Drake officiating. Visitation will begin Monday at 2pm at Lisa Hutto’s residence at 882 CR 4735, Fred, Tx. Visitation will continue Tuesday at the residence. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael McGallion, Dewayne McGallion, Tommy Roe Jenkins, Curtis Dewayne Crosby, Bodie Crosby and Brandon Parker. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Teddy Ray Odom.
