Obituary of Frankie Ray McCommon

Frankie Ray Lowrey McCommon was born October 16, 1925 in Norphlet, Arkansas to Frank and Chessie Lowrey. She passed away May 22, 2016 in Tyler, Texas. There will be a grave side service at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Chester, Tx on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 1 pm. Frankie enjoyed her plants and yard, working crossword puzzles, visiting with her friends, Jean, Ruth and Jeanette, taking car trips, her four grandchildren and especially her trips to Alaska with Bailey. She was the perfect mom and loved unconditionally. Frankie left behind two daughters, Janet Smith and husband, Michael, Susan Gale and husband, George; four grandchildren, Robert Smith, Christopher Smith and wife, Brittany, Jennifer Gale and Joshua Gale; great granddaughter, Emma Smith; sister-in-law, Ray Nell McCommon; niece, Misty McCommon and nephew, Mike Lowrey. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of East Texas, 4111 University Blvd, Tyler, Tx 75701 or a charity of your choice.
