Obituary of Sarah Holmes

Sarah Holmes, 81, of Weatherford, Texas (formerly of Woodville, TX) passed away May 17, 2016 in Weatherford. She was born May 16, 1935 to Hayden and Margie Jones in Port Arthur, Texas. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents and her husband George Holmes. She is survived by her children G.D. Ray, Ph.D. and Kathy Ray, Ed.D.; brother H.E. Jones, Jr. and wife Jenny of Port Arthur, Texas. Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 10 am at Magnolia Cemetery in Woodville. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Woodville United Methodist Church or Magnolia Cemetery in Woodville.
