Obituary of Ruby Carol Jones

Ruby Carol Jones, 73, of Crosby, TX passed away in Livingston, TX on April 3, 2016. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to Amon and Annette Ward Tidwell on August 30, 1942. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Ruby is preceded in death by her dad Amon Tidwell; mom Annette Spense; son, Ottis Massey; sisters Fran Miller, Joyce Henderson, and Sandy Reynolds. She is survived by her daughters Faye Howell and husband Shannon, Jr., Genie Marie Hubbard and husband Tim; and her son William Massey. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Shannon Howell, III and wife Ashley, Misti Howell Pouncey and husband Charile, Chasity Howell, Stacey Swindall and husband Steven, Ashley Massey, April Massey, Shane Massey, Aaron Massey, Austin Massey, Keirstin Best; Tori Hubbard, Matt Hubbard, Tabatha Segrest, Lance Segrest and wife Lynnzie. Great grandchildren are: Eric Bridges, Mason Howell, Jason Padgett, Cherish Howell, Cloey Elliott, Charizma Howell, Paige Hewett, Courtney Richards, Brentley Mosley, Hayden Massey, Harlee Hester, Allen Ray McGovern III, Ashton Amyx, Maddox Roe, and Asher Segrest. Visitation will be held at Riley Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville on Sunday, April 10, 2016 from 6-8 pm. Funeral services are scheduled at the funeral home on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 2:00 pm with Sister Hazel Rumby presiding followed by burial at Shady Grove Cemetery in Woodville.
