Obituary of Elton Lee Bryant, Jr.

Elton Lee Bryant, Jr., 70, of Warren passed away January 27, 2016. He was born in Houston on February 5, 1945 to Elton Lee Sr and Helen Nora Kressley Bryant. Elton is preceded in death by his parents; siblings Fred (Fritz) Claude LeVrier, Donald Ray LeVrier, Mavis Elizabeth DeMars, and Marvin Allen Bryant. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Gayle Bryant; children: Millisa Phillips and husband James of Gulfport, MS; Elton Bryant III and wife Jennie of Gulfport, MS; Amy Overstreet and husband Adam of Lucedale, MS; Jeremy Nobles and wife Heidi of Warren, TX; Sabrina Nobles and Joseph Boldt of Katy, TX; and Brandon Bryant and wife Laura of Warren, TX. He leaves behind grandchildren: John, James, Jessica M, Jessica K, Davy, Tray, CJ, Mack, Hannah, Wyatt, Carli, Luke, Leslie, Hayden, Micah; and twenty-three great-grandchildren. Elton is also survived by his sister Betty Jean Blakley and sisters-in-law Betty LeVrier, Peggy LeVrier, and Merrill Bryant. Services will be held at Riley Funeral Home in Woodville at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 30, 2016 with Brother Chance Sims officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the start of services.
