Obituary of Douglas F. Jordan

Douglas F. Jordan 75 of Warren passed away Friday October 9, 2015 at his home. Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Tuesday October 13, 2015 at Bethel Baptist Church in Warren. Visitation will be Monday October 12, 2015 at Bethel Baptist Church in Warren Interment will be at Allison Cemetery. Brother Larry Staggs will Officiate. Douglas was born February 1, 1940 in Trinity TX. To Theo Abram and Cora Pearl “Hamilton” Jordan They have preceded him in death as well as a daughter Catherine Allison Jordan. He married Sylvia Ann Braquet April 17, 1960 in Groves, TX. Douglas is survived by his wife Sylvia Jordan of the family home, 2 sons, Douglas F. Jordan II and wife Bonnie of Lumberton, TX. Timothy Jordan of Russellville, AR. daughter; Melissa L. Eddings and husband William “Roy” of Warren, TX. 4 grandchildren; Truitt Jordan of DeQuincey, LA.; William Eddings II of Warren, TX.; Amy Jordan of Lumberton, TX.; Korlei Eddings of Warren, TX. Pallbearers will be Douglas Jordan II, Timothy Jordan, Truitt Jordan, William Eddings II, William “Roy” Eddings, and Aaron Shutter. Services under the direction of Riley Funeral Home.
