Obituary of Martin Randolf Penn

Martin Randolf Penn, 64, of Vidor, TX passed away July 17, 2015. He was born in Rockland, TX on October 1, 1950 to Marlin Fran and Ola Mae Ross Penn. His parents preceded him in death. He is survived by his sister Margie Penn Odom, numerous nieces and nephews, along with other family members and friends. Services will be held graveside at Rockland City Cemetery at 11 am on Monday, July 20.
