Obituary of Alfred Bryan, Jr.

~~Alfred Bryan, Jr., 63, of Chester passed away September 12, 2017.
Born July 18, 1954 in Woodville, Texas to the late Alfred and Maggie Barnes Bryan, Sr., he lived in Tyler County most of his life.  He was a Mechanic for Georgia Pacific.  He was a Marine Veteran.
Alfred was preceded in death by his parents and a grandchild, Elijah Wade Bittick.
Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Valerie Wortham Bryan; daughters, Jennifer Fuller and husband, Sam of Chester and  Adrienne Bittick and husband, Calvin of Colmesneil; son, Matthew Bryan of Houma, Louisiana; grandchildren, Janie, Sam and Rachel Fuller all of Carthage, Jesse and Abigail Bittick both of Colmesneil; sisters, Janet Clements and husband, Danny of Chester, Diane Pendley of Barnes and Martha Walters and husband, David of Chester; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral service will be held Friday, September 15, 2017, at 2 pm at the funeral home with Brother Larry Trest and Ken Cauthen officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Chester, Texas.  Visitation will be held Friday from 12 noon until the time of the service.
Serving as pallbearers will be Randy Hickman, Dale Clamon, David VonFeldt, Brigham Bigby, Art Barnes, Charles Ray Barnes, Lynn Barnes and Wesley Wortham.  Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Love, Will Cauthen, Kent Barnes, Tommy Welker, Jack Castilaw, Steve Watts, Calvin Bittick, Sam Fuller, Danny Clements, Patrick Cherry, Curtis Parker, Robert Vinson, Aubrey Lee Cherry, Jerry Swearingen and Scott Chambliss.
